When it's Kim Kardashian's birthday, everyone celebrates. Even her brother Rob, who has largely remained out of the spotlight for years.
On Tuesday, October 21 — Kim's 45th birthday — Rob, 38, took to his Instagram Story to pay tribute to the SKIMS founder.
Sharing a throwback photo of him and his elder sisters — Kourtney, Kim and Khloé — all posing alongside their late dad, Robert Kardashian, Rob wrote: "Happy Birthday!! @kimkardashian," adding: "I Love You" with a blue heart.

Though Rob has been in the news lately — more on that below — there is something to be said about his love for family ... and the importance of birthdays in their family. In fact, his most recent grid photo is from November 2024, where he wishes mom Kris Jenner a happy birthday.
Even though The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum — who shares 8-year-old daughter Dream with ex Blac Chyna — purposely stays out of the spotlight, his name keeps coming up.
For one, it looks like Rob will be stepping out of the shadows and will appear on the family's Kardashians reality show.
Earlier this month, Kim teased that she thinks "people would love to see my brother back on TV" this season. Though she initially tried to play it cool, one second later she blurted out the truth.
"And he comes back," she confirmed, before quipping: "Am I allowed to say that? Well, I did, sorry!"
Chyna, for her part, has recently been not-so-subtly hinting at a reconciliation with her ex — tagging him in a photo caption that reads, "This love is forever ♾️ @robkardashianofficial," calling him her "person" and even sharing that she'd think about having two more children with him.
