PEOPLE confirmed news that the couple — who are parents to Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose Giannulli — had split on Oct. 2
"They are living apart and taking a break from their marriage. There are no legal proceedings at this time," according to Loughlin's representative, Elizabeth Much.
Olivia Jade Giannulli is stepping out for the first time since news of her parents' separation broke.On Oct. 2, PEOPLE confirmed that influencer's parents, Lori Loughlin and Massimo Giannulli — who are also parents to daughter Isabella Rose Giannulli — separated after nearly 28 years of marriage.The influencer, 26, was spotted out in Paris, attending the Coperni Paris Fashion Week show. She sported a pair of black sunglasses and a black purse, as well as a light, white mini dress and black heels.Last week, a representative for Loughlin, Elizabeth Much, told PEOPLE that the two "are living apart and taking a break from their marriage. There are no legal proceedings at this time."

News of the couple's split comes after Loughlin and her estranged husband listed their 11,800-square-foot mansion in Hidden Hills for $16.5 million in February, which the pair had purchased in 2020 for $9.5 million, PEOPLE previously confirmed.
In May 2020, Loughlin and Mossimo pleaded guilty to wire and mail fraud after they were accused of paying $500,000 for their daughters Olivia Jade Giannulli and Isabella Rose Giannulli's admission into the University of Southern California.The two were falsely designated as recruits to the university's crew team even though neither ever participated in the sport.
In April 2024, Giannulli's mother gave her first major interview since the scandal.
While she did not address the scandal directly during her conversation with First for Women Magazine, she opened up about forgiveness and learning to move forward.
"I try to be a forgiving person. I'm not one to hold onto stuff. Stuff happens to everyone. We've all been in positions to ask for forgiveness but to ask for it, you have to learn and know how to give forgiveness, too," she said at the time.
"My family wasn't one to hold grudges. I didn't grow up in a household where if you made a mistake, you weren't forgiven," she continued. "No one is perfect, we all make mistakes. So I was always told to let stuff go. And I think for your own health, you have to let things go because you can't hang on to negativity. Life's too short."

News of the couple's separation also comes just months after their daughter's reported split from actor Jacob Elordi, which PEOPLE confirmed on Aug. 7.However, just a month after news of their breakup was reported, sources told PEOPLE that the pair had, in fact, rekindled their relationship.
A source told PEOPLE exclusively on Sept. 15 that Giannulli and the Euphoria star, 28, were "seeing each other again."

"Even though they've been on and off, they still talk all the time and remained close friends," the insider said of Elordi and Giannulli, who had been in an on-and-off-again relationship since 2021."Her family really likes him and they have the same circle of friends," the source added.
News of their rekindled romance comes one week after Giannulli showed up to support Elordi at the Toronto International Film Festival. The YouTube star was spotted by the actor's side on Sept. 8, at the premiere of his movie Frankenstein.
