Nicole Kidman debuted a new look in Paris, a week after her split from her husband of 19 years, Keith Urban, was revealed.
The Babygirl star stepped out during Paris Fashion Week on Monday night to see designer Matthieu Blazy's debut presentation for Chanel. That evening, she unveiled a new hairdo that has garnered praise on social media: wispy breakup bangs.
Kidman attended the event with her daughters Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14, by her side. Nailing laid-back French style in coordinating denim, Kidman and her daughters, whom she shares with Urban, were hand in hand as they posed for photos.
The Academy Award winner posted about the outing on Tuesday, sharing a carousel of photos on Instagram.
"Thank you @chanelofficial for having me and my girls ❤️ So excited to be a part of it with you @matthieu_blazy," she wrote alongside her post.

Kidman's recent public appearance comes a week after she filed for divorce from Urban. The movie star listed their date of separation as the date of filing, Sept. 30, according to court records from last week. Irreconcilable differences were cited as the cause for their split.
Included in the divorce filing was a child care plan that was agreed upon by both Kidman and Urban and submitted for the judge's approval. The couple had reportedly been living apart "since the beginning of summer," per TMZ sources.
"The mother and father will behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship with the child even though they are divorced," said the submitted parenting plan, per the . "They will not speak badly of each other or the members of the family of the other parent. They will encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families."

Kidman has also become the girls' "primary residential parent," according to a People report from last week. The documents state that Kidman will reportedly spend 306 days with Sunday and Faith, while Urban will spend 59 days with them. The filing, as added by AP, also indicated that each parent earns more than $100,000 per month, and that neither Kidman nor Urban will be required to pay child support or spousal support.
Prior to their split, Kidman made frequent red carpet appearances with Urban at several music shows, including the American Country Music Awards, the Country Music Association Awards and the Grammy Awards. Kidman didn't want the split to happen, a source told People.
"She didn't want this," the source said of Kidman. "She has been fighting to save the marriage."
Kidman and Urban appeared to be in a good place as recent as June of this year, when the actress posted a loving anniversary tribute to the country crooner on Instagram. They made their last public appearance together in Nashville earlier that month, when they attended a 2025 FIFA Club World Cup match.
