Sami Sheen, the daughter of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen, isn't holding back about the changes she's made over the years.
The social media personality gets candid as she puts her before-and-after transformation on display.
In a post on her Instagram Story, she shared a side-by-side photo of her as a teen and now in her early 20s.
The photo revealed a noticeable transformation, showing how her look has evolved over time from blonde to pink hair and enhanced features.
In the caption, she openly admits to the surgeries and tweaks behind her transformation.
"7 years difference… thank god for hair extensions, lip filler, boob job, nose job, veneers, and kiss 2 on FaceApp," she wrote.

Amid her bold confession, this isn't the first time she's talked about the cosmetic procedures she's had.
Sami Sheen, who is also an OnlyFans model, posted a TikTok video where she broke down the enhancements she received.
According to her, the reason she's opening up about these personal matters is that her recent nose job stirred controversy and "pissed off a lot of people."
"So I figured I would piss off even more people by telling you guys all the work I've gotten done," she said.
The social media influencer shared that she started with enhancements when she was 18, noting that she initially started with lip fillers.
"I do a touch-up every year because I'm addicted," she revealed, adding, "I absolutely hate the way my lips look without filler in it and I continue to overline my lips still. It's an addiction."
Aside from fillers, she also tried Botox on her forehead to "lift" her eyebrows. Unfortunately, she described the experience as "horrible," saying it had the opposite effect and ended up weighing her face down.
Although she had a bad experience with Botox, that didn't stop Sami Sheen from trying more procedures and getting a nose filler.
"I did that with the tip of my nose and the bridge to try and make it more straight and lift it," the content creator explained. "It worked a tiny bit, but I just needed a rhinoplasty," she added, saying that she went under the knife twice for her nose job.
For her next "big procedure," she opted for a breast augmentation, admitting it stemmed from her insecurities.
"They're finally dropped and settled in," the model shared. "I feel like I could have gone bigger and I really wish I'd gone bigger."
Moreover, she hinted that she will have it reworked "when the time comes" and will "definitely go bigger."
