<p>Jennifer Aniston reveals which of her projects she would be most interested in revisiting in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE</p>
<p>"This literally came up the other day: Horrible Bosses," the actress says, referring to the 2011 comedy film and its 2014 sequel</p>

<p>Jennifer Aniston would love to step back into the shoes of one of her past characters — but it's not Rachel Green.</p>
<p>In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, the actress, 56, reveals which of her projects across her illustrious career she would be most interested in revisiting, amid an era when reboots and long-awaited sequels are so popular.</p>
<p>"Oh my God, this literally came up the other day: Horrible Bosses," Aniston says, referring to the 2011 comedy film and its 2014 sequel, which follow employees as they deal with — and plan how to murder — their abusive bosses.</p>
<p>"Jason Bateman and I were talking about that, and Charlie Day has been talking about it a lot too," continues the Emmy, Golden Globe and SAG Award-winner. "So that's something that we think would be super fun."</p>
<p>"The characters are hilarious, and we need comedy. I personally think comedy is a necessity. That's one that we would have a really fun time, I think, going back to, seeing where those crazy cats are today," she adds.</p>

<p>Aniston made her film debut in 1993's Leprechaun. Her big break came a year later, though, when she was cast in Friends as Green, a part she played for the series' entire run from 1994 to 2004.</p>
<p>She starred in the beloved and fan-favorite role opposite Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer.</p>

<p>Aniston has starred in a variety other popular projects over the years, including Office Space (1999), Marley & Me (2008), He's Just Not That into You (2009), Just Go with It (2011), We're the Millers (2013), Cake (2014), Dumplin' (2018) and Murder Mystery (2019) and its 2023 sequel.</p>
<p>The LolaVie founder currently stars opposite Reese Witherspoon, Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Karen Pittman and more in Apple TV+'s The Morning Show, which is scheduled to release its fourth season later this year. (The actress also serves as a producer on the show.)</p>

<p>Aniston, who has launched a new campaign with Smartwater, currently has a few upcoming roles lined up as well, including one in the film Hail Mary, plus one for the currently untitled project directed by Sophie Goodhart.</p>
<p>Still, the actress admits that after almost four decades in Hollywood, there is something she still hopes to accomplish in her career.</p>

<p>"I definitely want to do a Broadway play," Aniston tells PEOPLE. "That's on my bucket list, but it's finding the time and finding the right piece, the right material."</p>
<p>"But I absolutely have to do a play on Broadway," adds the star.</p>
<p>Both Horrible Bosses films are available to purchase and stream. The Morning Show's season four is scheduled to begin streaming on Apple TV+ on Sept. 17.</p>
