<p>Jen Affleck was getting more than just a manicure when she unexpectedly went into labor mid-beauty treatment.</p>
<p>The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star, 26, gave fans a play-by-play on TikTok, where she documented the moment she realized her baby was on the way—straight from the nail salon chair.</p>
<p>"POV: you start having contractions at your nail appointment," Jen wrote over the video, which she shared late Thursday evening.</p>
<p>In the clip, a friend can be heard asking how she's feeling. Jen, who somehow managed to stay cool and collected, smiled and responded, "I'm feeling great!"</p>
<p>Dressed in a green and white striped tube top with matching flowy pants, Jen started timing her contractions and doing squats between breaths, all while she proudly showed off her shiny pink floral manicure to the camera.</p>
<p>At one point, Jen made a call—presumably to husband Zac Affleck—to share the news. "I'm in labor right now," she stressed.</p>
<p>It appears Jen also had some help on standby, as she proceeded to check her baby's heartbeat using a portable Doppler ultrasound before eventually lying down on the floor, where a woman (possibly a doula or medical professional) seemingly checked her cervix right there on the ground.</p>
<p>Jen, meanwhile, stayed focused on her breathing before the video came to an end.</p>
<p>While she's yet to announce whether or not she's given birth, this will be baby No. 3 for Jen and Zac, 28, who are already parents to 3-year-old daughter Nora and 1-year-old son Lucas.</p>
<p>Back in February 2025, Jen announced the surprise pregnancy to PEOPLE, revealing that while it wasn't planned, the whole family was "excited."</p>
<p>Still, the journey has been an emotional one for the reality star, with the drama playing out on Season 2 of SLOMW.</p>
<p>Viewers of the Hulu reality series saw Jen get candid about her fears surrounding baby No. 3, breaking down on on camera as she shared how "stressed out of [her] mind" she felt over the unexpected pregnancy—especially during a rocky time in her marriage to Zac.</p>
<p>While the couple had briefly separated before working to reconcile, in May, Jen opened up to PEOPLE again, revealing that she and Zac were doing the work to reconnect.</p>
<p>"We're finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel," she said, adding that therapy has helped them reprioritize. "Something that Zac and I have done and something that we've worked on in therapy is really making our relationship a focus. That's something that I now take pride in, but it's a full-time job."</p>
