Little House on the Prairie star Melissa Gilbert sparked a 13-year grudge with Sherri Shepherd after competing on Dancing With the Stars.

On the Sept. 30 episode of DWTS Season 34, Fifth Harmony singer Lauren Jauregui gave a memorable one-word reaction to learning she and her partner, Brandon Armstrong, were eliminated: "Pissed."

During the Friday, Oct. 3 episode of Sherri, Shepherd said, "Losing any competition is devastating, but I can tell you firsthand, nobody gets more upset than the one who gets eliminated from Dancing with the Stars," Shepherd shared.

The talk show host, 58, added of Jauregui, 29, "It's so funny, these young ones don't know how to pretend to be gracious. Because when you lose something, whether it be Dancing With the Stars, an awards show or a man, you're supposed to pretend like you're cool with it."

"Lauren said what she said," Shepherd shared of Jauregui's elimination in the third week of DWTS Season 34. "She meant what she said. It's really hard getting booted, especially when you know you shouldn't have been voted off yet."

Shepherd confessed that she was also "p'ed off" after she went home during the fourth week of Season 14 in 2012.

"You put your heart and your soul into it," she continued. "I don't know how I went home before Melissa Gilbert from Little House on the Prairie. And I'm telling you, I still can't let this one go."

While speaking about her season of DWTS, Shepherd recalled Gilbert falling and hitting her head against her dancer partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy's leg, resulting in a trip to the hospital.

"But she passed; I got voted off. And I kept going, 'How did she beat me from the ICU?!'" Shepherd exclaimed. "When I tell you, I was so mad at Melissa Gilbert. And when she ran for president at the Screen Actors Guild for the actors, I gotta admit, I didn't vote for Melissa."

She added, "And she even called me, she said, 'Sherri, can I count on your vote? I said, 'Melissa, did you count on my vote on Dancing With the Stars?'"

To end the conversation, Shepherd clarified she's come a long way since then, explaining, "But Melissa, I'm good with you now. You're lucky. You're sweet. And if you run again for president, you got my vote, girl."

In a reflective blog post for People, Gilbert opened up about the toll competing on the show took on her.

"My friends who had done Dancing with the Stars before me told me this would be hard," she wrote in 2012. "They told me that it was a long arduous process. So did the producers. So did Maks. I was as ready as I could possibly be."

The former Little House on the Prairie star admitted, "What I was not ready for is the emotional toll this experience is taking. I've always believed that we grow the most from the biggest challenges in our lives. The good times are our chance to breathe and appreciate our lives but the hard stuff is, in many ways, more important."

Additionally, Gilbert made a bold comparison, sharing, "The closest thing I can compare this to emotionally is getting sober. I remember those first days, the rush of feelings I was experiencing with no way to shut them off or numb them."

On DWTS Season 14, Gilbert finished in fifth place, while Shepherd finished in 10th place. Green Bay Packers wide receiver Donald Driver and his dance partner, Peta Murgatroyd, won.
