The one-person show has been performed in more than 80 countries and was previously adapted into an HBO special starring co-creator Donahoe.

"Every Brilliant Thing tackles some serious subject matter, but the overall experience is one of joy and celebration," Macmillan said in a statement. "Every performance is unique and unpredictable and it requires virtuosic skill from its central performer. When Daniel told us how much he loved the play, I couldn't have been more thrilled.

"He has the intelligence, quick-wit and charm to roll with the spontaneous moments that the show invites — he can be a clown one moment, then grab you by the heartstrings the next. He has huge depth and humanity. I can't wait to get started."

Radcliffe was last on Broadway in the acclaimed 2023 revival of Stephen Sondheim's Merrily We Roll Along. The production, which also starred Jonathan Groff and Lindsay Mendez, earned Radcliffe his first Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Musical.

This will be Radcliffe's sixth Broadway credit. The actor made his debut in 2008's Equus opposite the late Richard Griffiths, followed by starring turns in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (2011), The Cripple of Inishmaan (2014) and The Lifespan of a Fact and Privacy (2018).

In London's West End, Radcliffe has appeared in Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead and Endgame opposite Alan Cumming.

On screen, Radcliffe has continued to showcase his range far beyond the Harry Potter films that made him a household name. His starring turn in Weird: The Al Yankovic Story earned him Emmy and BAFTA nominations, and he embraced his inner Voldermort opposite Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum in The Lost City.

He'll next be seen in Now You See Me: Now You Don't, out Nov. 14. A filmed version of the Merrily We Roll Along revival will open in theaters on Dec. 5.

Tickets for Every Little Thing go on sale to the public Nov. 14, with an exclusive 24-hour pre-sale beginning Nov. 13.
