President Donald Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff was filmed in Moscow on Friday strolling into a room at the Kremlin with nothing but a small book as he shook hands with Vladimir Putin. 'How are you Mr. President?' Witkoff asked, as Putin shook his hand and smiled and gestured to a table where he and his advisors kicked off a series of talks that lasted three hours. Witkoff's visit marked the fourth time that the pair have met to discuss a peace agreement in the war between Russia and Ukraine since Trump took office in January.
