Giants star makes ultimate sacrifice for Russell Wilson
Russell Wilson will wear his signature No 3 jersey, as he joins the New York Giants thanks to cornerback Deonte Banks vacating the number upon the quarterback's arrival. On Wednesday, April 2, the Giants revealed that Wilson will maintain his jersey number for the 14th NFL season. The announcement came after Wilson signed a one-year deal worth $10.5million with the team. Adam Schefter then reported that Banks will be wearing No 2 in his third season in the league.
