Cardi B is getting candid about her experiences giving birth.
The rapper, who is currently pregnant with her fourth baby, spoke about the past three times she's given birth and got candid about how difficult the experience can be. Cardi, born Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, spoke about the topic while on a Friday, Sept. 19, appearance on The Breakfast Club podcast.
"My second baby, he too big. He broke me," Cardi admitted. "The first one, I had to stitch."
"Down there?" asked host Jess Hilarious. "The cat?" responded the pregnant mom of three of her vagina. "Oh yeah. I ripped."

The host asked the rapper how she was able to pee.
"It was hard," Cardi explained. "But that's what I'm saying — now things are just a little different and I'm more experienced. Like, the third one was so easy, so I'm expecting this one to be easy as well, in the name of the Lord. That's why I'm like, 'I just did it last year. I can do it.'"
Cardi is currently pregnant with her fourth baby, her first with her NFL player boyfriend Stefon Diggs. She is also mom to daughters Kulture Kiari, 7, son Wave Set, 4, and daughter Blossom Belle, whom she welcomed in September 2024, with estranged husband Offset.
Back in September, the rapper revealed in an interview on CBS Mornings that she's pregnant with her fourth child, due before her tour launches in February. "I'm having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs," she told anchor Gayle King in a pre-taped interview.
Responding to King's messages of congratulations, Cardi expressed her thanks and shared, "I'm excited."

"I'm happy," she said. "I feel like I'm in a good space. I feel very strong, very powerful that I'm doing all this work — but I'm doing all this work while I'm creating a baby."
Cardi B and Diggs have been linked since October 2024. In May 2025, the pair made their first public appearance together at a Boston Celtics and New York Knicks game at Madison Square Garden, after months of attending the same events, but arriving separately.
Shortly after the news broke that Cardi is pregnant, the proud mom shared a photo on X alongside her boyfriend Diggs. While the photo was a bit dark, the two could be seen posing together and smiling for a selfie.
Diggs was pictured looking off to the side while Cardi looked into the camera, wrapping an arm around her boyfriend. "❤️," she simply wrote alongside the post.
