Jessie Cave, who played Lavender Brown throughout the "Harry Potter" movies, alleges she was excluded from a fan convention over having an OnlyFans account.
In a September Substack post, Cave − who first appeared in 2009's "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" and then again in both "Deathly Hallows" films − shared that she was barred from a recent "Harry Potter" fan convention.
"I found out that I didn't get booked for a Harry Potter convention recently, as I'm now doing OnlyFans. They explained it was because it's a 'family show and OnlyFans is affiliated with porn,'" she wrote on her Substack, according to Collider and The Hollywood Reporter. "This was baffling to me, as some actors who do conventions (most actors, actually) have done TV and films in which they've done sex scenes and nudity. I'm just playing with my hair!"

The 38-year-old star shared in March that she had launched an OnlyFans account for her hair, clarifying she would not be posting sexually explicit content.
According to Us Weekly, she wrote in a Substack post at the time that she felt a "sense of shame" over creating an OnlyFans account because she had "nothing to show for 18 years of work in the arts industry."

She went on, according to the outlets, "There's going to be a new cast now and it's a different time. Plus, I have done conventions for over 15 years and have enough photos and wizard memorabilia."
Cave has also appeared in "Great Expectations" and TV shows like "Black Mirror" and "Industry."
