Emma Roberts and Billie Lourd attend Louis Vuitton's 2023 Cruise Show at Salk Institute for Biological Studies on May 12, 2022 in San Diego, California.
Billie Lourd and her Scream Queens costar Emma Roberts are passing down their friendship to their kids.
The actress, 33, chatted with PEOPLE about her new movie Adulthood and spoke about her close friendship with her former costar Roberts, 34. Lourd, who just celebrated her birthday, shares that she'd recently had a "crazy" party that Roberts attended.
"Emma was there, and I was Tinkerbell, and Emma showed up as Peter Pan," says Lourd. "We're still in lock step. We didn't even discuss it. She just knew to be Peter Pan, that I was going to be Tinkerbell. And I just love her."
"She has a son, and I have two kids now, and we get them together. And it's just so crazy that the show was 10 years ago. I feel old," she jokes.

Lourd shares her son Kingston, 4, and daughter Jackson, 2, with husband Austen Rydell, while Roberts is mom to son Rhodes, 4, with ex Garrett Hedlund.
In July, the actress spoke with PEOPLE on the red carpet at the Los Angeles premiere of Smurfs and shared that her two kids are going to be very excited to see their mom on the big screen.
"I just love to do anything that they'll care about," Lourd told PEOPLE. "This might be my career peak because it's something that they're gonna freak out about, and I'm just so excited for them to watch it and love me more."
On this year's May 4, the unofficial holiday commemorating Star Wars, the actress and daughter of the late Carrie Fisher shared a photo of her two young kids watching their grandmother's iconic turn as Princess Leia.
In the photo, which Lourd shared on Instagram, her two kids looked up at a TV playing 1983's Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi, the third film in the original Star Wars trilogy.
Both Kingston and Jackson appeared enthralled as they watched Fisher, who was wearing her hair up in one of Leia's iconic braided styles, on the screen.
Lourd shared a simple caption alongside the sweet snapshot, spelling out "May the 4th" — a nod to the franchise's most iconic phrase, "may the Force be with you" — using emojis: "Ⓜ️🅰️🌱 ✝️♓️📧 4️⃣✝️♓️."
In March, Lourd spoke exclusively to PEOPLE at the Mid-Century Modern premiere and shared that her son Kingston had just recently hit a major milestone.
"My son just learned to ride a bike without training wheels, and he's 4. And just watching him learn new things is the most magical, crazy thing," Lourd said.
"I didn't learn to ride a bike 'till I was 9. I don't know — maybe blame my parents, maybe blame something — I don't know. He's so good at everything he tries to do, and just watching him try new things and succeed at them and feeling proud of himself is just such a beautiful thing."
