After a difficult month, Jessie J is announcing a positive update in her battle with breast cancer.

The "Price Tag" singer, 37, publicly shared her diagnosis via Instagram on June 3 and performed in Wembley, U.K. weeks later at her last show before beginning her breast cancer treatment plan.

After undergoing surgery earlier this month, the singer shared her "cancer has all gone." She included the happy news alongside a fingers crossed emoji atop a "pros" list posted to her Instagram Stories on Thursday, June 26.

She also humorously noted, "My nipple is where it used to be."

Also on the pros list: watching Love Island with no guilt, her mother living with the family, her two-year-old son Sky "just being Sky," her boyfriend Chanan Safir Colman "making me feel safe," and mutually supporting others going through a similar experience, among other things.

The performer, who has been transparent about her journey, also posted a cons list on her Instagram Stories, under which she included "the fear of not knowing if the cancer is all gone," and "not being able to be the Mum I'm used to being."

She also listed "pain and discomfort" while she tries to sleep, among other difficulties, including a more light-hearted message about constipation.

When she first announced her cancer diagnosis, Jessie said she wanted to "be open and share it" with her fans.

"One, because selfishly, I do not talk about it enough," she said at the time. "I'm not processing it because I'm working so hard. I also know how much sharing in the past has helped me with other people giving me their love and support and also their own stories."

The singer quipped, "It's a very dramatic way to get a boob job," before promising fans she'd be back after surgery "with massive tits and more music."
