Valeria Marquez, 23, was shot on Tuesday in her beauty salon in Jalisco, Mexico, while her phone recorded a livestream. The cold-blooded killer hasn't yet been identified, but Denis Rodríguez, a spokesperson for the Jalisco State Prosecutor's Office, said that a masked man pretending to be a delivery driver arrived at the salon hours before the attack.
