Rangers have won their appeal against the controversial red card shown to Mohamed Diomande in the closing moments of their victory over Dundee United on Sunday. The Ivorian midfielder was dismissed by match referee Nick Walsh in the closing stages of the visitors' 3-1 win at Tannadice for raising his hands in an altercation with the Tangerines' Kevin Holt. Walsh was asked to review his decision on the pitch-side monitor by VAR Don Robertson, but opted to stand by his position after watching the incident several times.
