Tori Spelling and her estranged second husband Dean McDermott might be ready to put their 17-year marriage behind them in divorce court, but their financial entanglements are far from over as City National Bank is suing the former couple over an outstanding 12-year-old $400K loan. In legal documents filed on May 20, the 'Bank to the Stars' issued a second writ of execution to collect a default judgment of $219,796.
