CM Punk and The Rock were once rivals, colleagues, friends - and could soon be any of those three once again. It was back in 2011 when the rivalry between two of the greatest WWE stars of all time started. When Punk, in his infamous pipe bomb criticising the company, suggested that The Rock owed his success to Vince McMahon's favouritism. Fast forward 18 months, and the duo were feuding for the WWE title, where Punk's 434-day reign came to an end.

English golfer Dale Whitnell has produced one of the most remarkable moments in the sport's history, sinking two holes-in-one on the second day of the South Africa Open. The 36-year-old sunk the par-3 second in one shot and then replicated the stunning feat on the 149-yard 12th at Durban Country Club. Whitnell, whose DP World Tour breakthrough came in 2023, immediately followed his first ace with an eagle as he attempted to chase down a ridiculous 13-under-par 59, before making a double bogey.

It is understood that the punishment relates to homophobic chants aimed at City manager Pep Guardiola by a group of fans at the Bernabeu during the second leg of Madrid's 6-3 aggregate victory in the Champions League's playoff round.
