Depending on the lighting, the gem can shift from bluish-green in daylight to raspberry-purple or reddish hues under incandescent light. The colorful center stone is flanked by two cushion-cut diamonds and framed by a sparkling diamond halo, all set in yellow gold for a look that feels both vintage-inspired and modern.

A ring this distinctive comes with an equally impressive price tag. “Heidi Klum’s engagement ring is a showstopper of rare color and unique design,” Landau tells InStyle. “We estimate the ring’s value at approximately $40,000.” While the exact amount Kaulitz paid remains unknown, the rare gemstone and intricate diamond detailing help explain its substantial estimated value.

The recreation of the trio was seen in her 2026 Halloween costume, which included a replica of a thumb ring Klum has worn for nearly two decades. “I never take it off,” she told Entertainment Tonight.
