However, the demand was not so straightforward as Sandringham reportedly does not have stables for private riding horses, and keeping them is an expensive routine.

Another insider shared, "There was a feeling of, 'How much more are we expected to absorb?'" One source also mentioned that the former prince "was planning riding routes, not legal defenses." They continued, "That tells you everything about where his head was."
