A teenager who fell 120 feet over a cliff is going home after being hospitalized for several weeks.
Zane Wach, 14, hallucinated and walked off a cliff while climbing Mount Whitney in Northern California on June 10.
His father, Ryan, previously said his son was placed in a medically induced coma, and began breathing on his own again about two weeks after the incident.
Now, more than two months after the fall, Zane has returned home, according to NBC affiliate KNBC.
"Standing hurts a little bit," the teen said, but noted that he otherwise feels "good" as he continues to recover.

Doctors suggested Zane was experiencing altitude sickness when he walked over the cliff. According to his father, the teen thought he was seeing snowmen and Kermit the Frog shortly before he fell.
It took about six hours for rescuers to reach Zane, who sustained head trauma, a broken ankle, a broken finger and a partially broken pelvis from the fall.
The teen was then hospitalized for several weeks and treated for his various injuries. He was also intubated for about two weeks.

As a result of the fall, Zane must now learn to walk, talk, and eat again, according to a July 28 update shared by the family on GoFundMe. They said the teen's progress was "slow but steady," adding that "every small gain feels like a miracle."
Zane was originally hospitalized in Las Vegas, which had the closest trauma center to Mount Whitney, before being transferred to Children's Hospital Los Angeles in July, according to KNBC.
On Aug. 15, Zane was released from the hospital and returned home to Valencia, where he received love and support from family, friends and members of the community. KNBC captured footage of the teen walking down the street with his parents.

Zane said "thanks" to his therapist, who has aided him in his recovery. When asked if he had any recollection of the incident, the teen said, "no."

But Zane said he plans to return to the mountain after he recovers. His mom Leann Wach told KNBC, "If we got scared and started living our lives based off of one thing that went wrong, it wouldn't be much of a life. We can't live that way."
