<p>Victoria Beckham celebrated 26 years of marriage to David Beckham with a sweet Instagram tribute on July 4</p>
<p>The fashion designer wrote, "Another year, another chapter in our love story. ♥️ I'm so proud of the beautiful family and life we've built together"</p>
<p>The post comes amidst the rumored rift between Victoria and David and their eldest son Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola Peltz Beckham</p>
<p>More than two decades later, there is still nothing stopping Victoria Beckham from loving on her hubby.</p>
<p>The fashion designer, 51, celebrated her and David Beckham's 26th wedding anniversary on Friday, July 4 with a heartfelt tribute on Instagram. She shared a throwback photo that was taken around the time that they got married.</p>
<p>"Another year, another chapter in our love story. ♥️ I'm so proud of the beautiful family and life we've built together," Victoria wrote. "You and our four incredible children complete me. I love you so much @davidbeckham xx Here's to 26 years!! xx," she concluded.</p>
<p>The loved-up pair were photographed with their eyes closed as they locked lips in an outdoor swimming pool.</p>

<p>On his own Instagram, David, 50, shared several photos of them taken throughout their love story to mark the milestone, including photos on their wedding day and one with Victoria surrounded by their four children shortly after daughter Harper's birth.</p>
<p>"26 years today you said YES to me 🩷 Happy Anniversary and thank you for giving me our beautiful children and building the life that we have together 🩷 I love you Lady Beckham 🩷 @victoriabeckham @brooklynpeltzbeckham @romeobeckham @cruzbeckham #HarperSeven 🩷" he wrote, while tagging their children.</p>
<p>The former soccer player also shared on his Instagram Stories a photo taken in the 1990s of Victoria with her arms wrapped around him, writing, "I love you. 26 years today 🩷 ."</p>

<p>Victoria and David tied the knot in 1999 at Luttrellstown Castle outside of Dublin. Despite their high-profile careers, the pair — who had already welcomed their oldest son, Brooklyn Peltz Beckham — decided to exchange vows in front of 29 people, but for the reception, the newlyweds hosted about 230 people.</p>
<p>Spice Girls members Geri Halliwell, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton and Melanie Chisholm were in attendance, as were some of David's Manchester United teammates.</p>
<p>Along with the event's star-studded guest list, Victoria and David's wedding was equally memorable for the fashion.</p>
<p>The bride walked down the aisle in a strapless Vera Wang gown with a sweeping 20-foot train, paired with an 18-karat gold tiara designed by Princess Diana's jeweler. In a 2023 interview with PEOPLE, Wang revealed that the gown's bodice alone had flown back and forth on an aircraft four times, which is how it earned its name of "the transatlantic dress." For his part, David matched the bride in a white suit.</p>

<p>Victoria and David changed into coordinating royal purple looks for the reception.</p>
<p>The two looked back on the wild fashion choice in his 2023 Netflix documentary, Beckham. "I tried to think back to when I decided to wear a purple suit. I don't know when that happened. I think I just took Victoria's lead on it," David admitted.</p>
<p>To commemorate their 25th anniversary last July, they slipped back into the iconic outfits. "Yep, still got it! Can't believe it's been 25 years and they still fit!" Victoria wrote on Instagram.</p>

<p>The couple's relationship milestone comes amid their ongoing rumored rift between Brooklyn, 26, and their daughter-in-law, Nicola Peltz Beckham, 30. Since news broke of the reputed drama, which reportedly started over Nicola's wedding dress ahead of her and Brooklyn's nuptials in April 2022, Brooklyn and Nicola have been noticeably absent from the Beckhams' recent family gatherings, including David's 50th birthday party in May.</p>
<p>That month, a source told PEOPLE that "every time they finally have a happy moment, it all falls apart again."</p>
<p>"They've tried to make peace," the insider said. "Brooklyn feels torn. It's his family and blood, but he's always had a complicated relationship with his dad. A lot of their relationship has felt like 'business.' "</p>
<p>However, an additional source told PEOPLE in June that Brooklyn missed out on his dad's birthday celebration because Kim Turnbull — who was dating Brooklyn's younger brother Romeo at the time — was present. There had previously been rumors that Brooklyn and Turnbull were romantically linked, however, Turnbull shut down those rumors when she took to her Instagram Stories on June 16 to say that she and Brooklyn had never dated.</p>
<p>In addition to Brooklyn, Victoria and David share sons Romeo, 22, and Cruz, 20 and daughter Harper, 13.</p>
