<p>Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffery welcomed their first baby!</p>
<p>The model and the San Francisco 49ers running back shared the big news via Instagram on Friday, July 13. They kept the caption short and sweet, announcing their baby girl by her full name, Colette Annalise McCaffrey.</p>
<p>Olivia, 33, and Christian, 29, shared their first family photos with fans, including moments during birth to their sweet introduction to Colette. The former Miss Universe gave birth via Cesarean section (C-section), as seen in some of the pictures posted. Christian was right by her side in the delivery room and gently held his wife by her head as she grabbed his wrist while giving birth.</p>
<p>After the couple welcomed their healthy baby, they flashed pure smiles as they soaked up their first moments as a family of three.</p>
<p>"Welcome to the world Colette!! You have the best parents in the world!" Kristin Juszczyk, wife of San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk, wrote in the comments section of the post.</p>
<p>Tim Tebow's wife, Demi-Leigh Tebow, who gave birth to their first child earlier this month, also sent her love and congratulations.</p>
<p>"Omg congratulations you two !!!!" Jeremy Renner gushed. "And new path , new life shared with this new beautiful baby !!! Bravo new mom and pop!!!"</p>
<p>Olivia and Christian, who tied the knot in July 2024, announced the model's pregnancy in March. The pair announced via Instagram as they shared Olivia's professional maternity photo. They later posted a video of themselves frolicking through the countryside, with Olivia debuting her visible baby bump.</p>
<p>Like the rest of the world, Olivia and Christian did not know the sex of their baby until the family matriarch gave birth.</p>
<p>"Being healthy, that's all you can ask for. That's part of why I'm not finding out the gender," Olivia told E! News in March. "I feel like I have a job and that's to be as healthy and mindful as I possibly can."</p>
