Liz McColgan has urged social media trolls to 'stop the jealousy and abuse' after her daughter Eilish received a torrent of body-shaming comments on Instagram. Eilish, 34, posted a video on Sunday of her training on a treadmill as she prepares to make her London Marathon debut next month. The Commonwealth 10,000m champion received a string of messages attacking her slim figure, with one user saying she was 'anorexic' and another claiming she looked 'like a skeleton'.
