Tottenham have agreed another year's loan for Red Bull Leipzig striker Timo Werner with a lower option to buy at just £8.5million. The original loan agreement from January had an option to buy around £15m. Ange Postecoglou has been delighted with the 28-year old Werner's contribution and the deal represents good business for Tottenham as they look to make an early impression in the market. The German forward joined Postecoglou's side in January and scored two goals in 13 appearances on his return to the Premier League.
