Spencer Pratt says he's done with the "dad bod" and wants to have ripped abs by July 4 — but without turning to Ozempic. "I'm not trying to get Ozempic face. I'm not trying to be on Page Six coming out of a place, getting papped and looking all Skeletor [and] spooky," the Hills alum, along with wife Heidi Montag, told Page Six's Virtual Reali-Tea podcast while promoting his partnership with the supplement Hydroxycut.
